No excuse left for teams to not visit Pakistan: Sarfraz:
Sarfraz: KARACHI: Pakistan’s captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has stated that after the powerful Pakistan vs West Indies show, there’s absolutely no justification left for other groups never to see Pakistan to play cricket in the long run.
“We hosted PSL fits. Sri Lankan staff came. West Indies group played. Currently there’s absolutely no excuse for some other teams for coming into Pakistan,” explained Sarfaraz.
“We’ve shown it to everybody that Pakistan can host international games successfully,” he added.
The wicketkeeper-batsman also hailed the people of Karachi who arrived in massive numbers to the National Stadium, trying to find the group and observing the return of championships into the greatest city of Pakistan.
“Karachiites proved in past 3 days why the town is known as city of lights,” he explained.
“I wish to love people of Karachi.
Replying to a query, Sarfaraz explained it could be unfair to word the visiting team a poorer side.
“We played those. It’s not reasonable to call them a B aspect, and the majority of the players in the group were here with experience of global cricket,” Sarfaraz said while expressing satisfaction over the operation of youngsters.
We gave an chance to all of the players that we could strengthen our seat too,” the captain said.
Sarfraz brushed aside the argument which West Indies delivered another string team, stating that nobody was requested to send another string team. It was a group from West Indies and Pakistani players handled the group as he explained.
The Pakistan skipper, meanwhile, declared he’d donate his game fees from the next T20I into the floor personnel of the National Stadium.
